Vision
I need to stay healthy not only for myself but for family.  By staying healthy I will have more energy and will have better mental clarity. 

Goals for 2012


Goal #1                                                                  
Work out  2 to 3 times per week                    


Why this is important
Exercising will keep me healthy, increase my energy levels, and will help with my overall outlook.

Monday - Thursday at 6 am

Goal #2                                                              
Start eating better                                                  


Why this is important
I love pastries, donuts, and ice cream.  I need to limit my intake of this goodness. If I don't, I will all of the sudden notice that I have a hugh gut, I have no energy, and my health will start suffering.

Goal #3                                                   
Get a physical                                                  


Why this is important
It's good to get checked over at least once a year.  Getting a physical will help me keep tabs on my cholesterol and other blood factors.   By doing this once a year, if something starts going wrong or shows up, I will be able to treat it immediately.

Run ten miles a month for July and August                                               

Why this is important
I need a challenge.  This challenge is measurable and can be reached.
